1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MaxExposure Business Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

MaxExposure Business Solutions provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), website design, digital advertising, email marketing, and reputation management. The specific services provided to each client will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any content, images, or materials provided to us for use in marketing campaigns.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom content, graphics, and materials created specifically for their campaigns. MaxExposure Business Solutions retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and templates used in service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

MaxExposure Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide transition assistance and return any client-owned materials. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for services rendered.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, and performance metrics.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
